How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favourite items, add them to your shopping cart and click “check out” for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address and payment details the shipping total will appear to the right of the “payment options” screen.
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit or Paypal.
All payments are securely processed using 128bit SSL encryption via Stripe or Paypal
Please note that payments made via Direct Deposit will be shipped next business day after receipt of payment.
Do you charge Goods and Services Tax?
Goods and Services tax (GST) of 10% is included on all sales within Australia.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply go to our website at www.attiandanna.com and click on the link “Order Status” on the main menu and login with the username and password you signed up with when you made your original purchase. These details would have been emailed to you when you made your original purchase. If you have forgotten your passwords simply click on the “My Account” link on the website and click on the “Forgotten Password” link to recover your details.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Regular 3-7 business days $9.00 per order
Express 2-3 business days $12.00 per order
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Mail or Australia Post standard delivery.
As a general rule expect delivery within 2-3 business days of placing your order using EXPRESS POST DELIVERY.
Please note that some remote areas and parts of Western Australia outside of the Australia Post express network may take a little longer.
When will my order ship?
Australian orders placed by 12 noon EST weekdays are posted same day via express Post or courier. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
If there for any reason is going to be a delay with the dispatch of your goods we will notify you of availability dates or alternative options.
Please note that payments made via direct deposit can take up to 3 business days to be cleared in to our account. These orders will ship the next business day after funds are received.
In the unlikely event that your parcel has not been delivered within 7 business days please contact us as soon as possible.
How are my shoes packaged?
All of our shoes are packaged in gorgeous satin shoe storage/carry bags.
If you required gift wrapping please let us know and we will provide this service free of charge.
Please note that shoes are not delivered in their original shoe boxes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. If however for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email to organise an exchange or refund.
We will send out your first exchange order free of charge. Any additional exchanges will attract an $8.00 postage fee.
Orders over $50
On orders over $50 return postage on exchanges is free. Please just let us know via email that you would like to exchange your purchase and we will organise a returns satchel for you.
Orders less than $50
NB. For orders less than $50 return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please just let us know via email that you would like to exchange your purchase.

As soon as we have received your parcel we will send you out the new size required.
Unless the item is deemed faulty or not as described postage costs on returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please follow these easy steps.
Please send an us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org advising us that you will be returning the shoe/shoes and that you would like a refund of the purchase amount.

Make sure items are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition. That means shoes that have been worn or are marked in any way.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: No credit is given for lost return packages. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
How long before I receive my refund?
After we receive your return package you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3-5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
